Out of a Darkening Sea

Out of a Darkening Sea is a metaphor in miniature. A sailing boat mysteriously appears from the indigo dark ocean, almost like the Flying Dutchman in Wagner’s early doom-laden opera. Here things are less traumatic I feel. The yacht, as a portent,  has a positive  reading for each of the figures on the shoreline looking out to the horizon. - TH
